This 15 Minute Steak Lo Mein is our go-to when dinner needs to happen fast and taste like you spent hours. It’s the kind of recipe that proves even the busiest days deserve a plate of something warm, savory, and just a little bit indulgent. We’re working with ingredients that don’t require babysitting and a process so simple, you’ll wonder why takeout ever seemed easier. Just boil, toss, and stir-fry. That’s it. The minute steak cooks quickly and stays tender, the noodles absorb all that garlicky soy flavor, and the veggies bring in a fresh crunch that balances the richness.
