- In a small bowl, whisk the cornstarch with a few tablespoons of the milk until smooth. Set aside. 
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine the remaining milk, condensed milk, and coconut milk. 
- Stir constantly and bring to a gentle simmer. 
- Add the cornstarch mixture to the pan and continue stirring. 
- Keep stirring until the mixture thickens to a pudding consistency—this takes around 8–10 minutes. 
- Pour into heatproof containers or cups and let them cool slightly. 
- Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours or until fully set. 
- Serve cold, plain or topped with fresh fruit, toasted coconut, or a drizzle of honey.
