In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt.
Add the yogurt and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms.
Knead for 1–2 minutes on a lightly floured surface until smooth.
Divide the dough into 4 balls. Flatten each into a rough oval or circle.
Brush each piece with oil or melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic.
Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
Place flatbreads in the air fryer basket in batches. Cook for 4–5 minutes or until golden brown.
Brush with more oil or butter after cooking and top with chopped parsley if you like.
