- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, and salt. 
- Add the yogurt and olive oil. Stir until a dough forms. 
- Knead for 1–2 minutes on a lightly floured surface until smooth. 
- Divide the dough into 4 balls. Flatten each into a rough oval or circle. 
- Brush each piece with oil or melted butter and sprinkle with minced garlic. 
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). 
- Place flatbreads in the air fryer basket in batches. Cook for 4–5 minutes or until golden brown. 
- Brush with more oil or butter after cooking and top with chopped parsley if you like.
