Ingredients

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce (plus more for dipping)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • Grated parmesan and parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes.
  2. Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle using your fingers or a rolling pin.
  3. Spoon about a teaspoon of pizza sauce into the center of each dough round.
  4. Add a pinch of mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices on top of the sauce.
  5. Carefully fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal them shut. Roll into a smooth ball.
  6. Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning.
  7. Brush the tops of the dough balls with the seasoned butter mixture.
  8. Place the bombs in the air fryer basket, seam side down, leaving space between each one.
  9. Air fry for 8–9 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up.
  10. Let them cool slightly before garnishing with parmesan and parsley if desired. Serve with extra warm pizza sauce for dipping.
