- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C) for 3 minutes. 
- Flatten each biscuit dough piece into a small circle using your fingers or a rolling pin. 
- Spoon about a teaspoon of pizza sauce into the center of each dough round. 
- Add a pinch of mozzarella cheese and a few pepperoni slices on top of the sauce. 
- Carefully fold the dough around the filling and pinch the edges to seal them shut. Roll into a smooth ball. 
- Mix melted butter with garlic powder and Italian seasoning. 
- Brush the tops of the dough balls with the seasoned butter mixture. 
- Place the bombs in the air fryer basket, seam side down, leaving space between each one. 
- Air fry for 8–9 minutes or until golden brown and puffed up. 
- Let them cool slightly before garnishing with parmesan and parsley if desired. Serve with extra warm pizza sauce for dipping.
