Ingredients

  • 6 pork loin chops, about 1 inch thick
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 can (10.75 oz) cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 6 slices of bacon

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Season pork chops with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Wrap each pork chop with a slice of bacon and place them in a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  4. In a bowl, whisk together the cream of mushroom soup and milk until smooth.
  5. Pour the soup mixture over the pork chops.
  6. Cover the baking dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
  7. Remove foil and continue baking for another 15 minutes, until bacon is crisp and pork is tender.
