Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 8 oz elbow macaroni, uncooked
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess grease.
  2. Add taco seasoning and stir in the beef broth. Let it simmer for 2–3 minutes.
