Biscoff Cookie Butter Cinnamon Rolls for Dessert Recipes Fans

If you’ve never spread Biscoff cookie butter across a warm, fluffy cinnamon roll—well, you’ve been missing out. I stumbled into this genius combo one quiet Sunday morning, searching the pantry for something indulgent. Next thing I knew, I was wrist-deep in dough and resisting the urge to eat the filling straight from the bowl. These rolls are a little twist on your classic Nutella cinnamon rolls, and let’s be real, they might just steal the spotlight. They come out of the oven golden and gooey, with a dreamy cookie butter swirl in every bite. If you’re a fan of Easy Cookie Recipes, this one should move to the top of your list. It’s soft, sticky, sweet—but not overdone. It’s like the fancy cousin of your usual weekend bake. We love a good Cookie Recipe around here, and this one ticks all the boxes. It’s also a great Recipe with Butter (I mean, plenty of it), and it fits right into those recipes for cookie cravings that hit at 10 p.m. or at brunch with coffee. And if you’re wondering what this has to do with a Portuguese Rolls Recipe—well, nothing. But hey, both are worth baking. Let’s roll.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm milk (110°F)
  • 2 1/4 tsp active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/3 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (for filling)
  • 1/2 cup Biscoff cookie butter (for filling)
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened (for frosting)
  • 1/4 cup Biscoff cookie butter (for frosting)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit until foamy, about 5–10 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour, and salt. Mix until dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 5–7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled.
  4. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle.
  5. Spread softened butter and Biscoff cookie butter over the dough. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon.
  6. Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 rolls.
  7. Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes.
  8. Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake rolls for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown.
  9. While baking, make the frosting by mixing cream cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth.
  10. Spread frosting over warm rolls. Serve immediately (or hide a few for later).
