- In a large bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit until foamy, about 5–10 minutes. 
- Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, flour, and salt. Mix until dough forms. 
- Knead the dough for about 5–7 minutes until smooth. Cover and let rise for 1 hour or until doubled. 
- Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a large rectangle. 
- Spread softened butter and Biscoff cookie butter over the dough. Sprinkle evenly with brown sugar and cinnamon. 
- Roll the dough tightly into a log and slice into 12 rolls. 
- Place rolls in a greased baking dish. Cover and let rise for 30 minutes. 
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Bake rolls for 25–30 minutes or until golden brown. 
- While baking, make the frosting by mixing cream cheese, Biscoff cookie butter, powdered sugar, and milk until smooth. 
- Spread frosting over warm rolls. Serve immediately (or hide a few for later).
