Bread Machine Cinnamon Bread That’ll Steal the Show

This Bread Machine Cinnamon Bread is the kind of recipe that sneaks up on you. You toss a few ingredients into your bread machine and before you know it, your whole kitchen smells like a cozy little corner of Dollywood. It’s got the soul of Bread Machine Sandwich Bread, but with the sweet swirl you’d expect from the best Sweet Bread Recipes out there. I’ve baked this on rainy Sundays, rushed Tuesdays, and even once after midnight (don’t ask). It never fails me. It’s tucked between the ease of Easy Bread Recipes and the irresistible charm of a Portuguese Sweet Bread Recipe. The cinnamon sugar crust? Crunchy perfection. The inside? Soft, warm, and begging for butter. If you’ve been thumbing through Bread machine recipes looking for something that feels like it belongs on a bakery shelf, you’ve found it. This is one of the Best Bread Recipes in my book. And let’s be honest, isn’t there something magical about a loaf that does the heavy lifting while you do… well, anything else?

  7. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 30-45 minutes, or until puffy.
  8. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until golden brown and sounds hollow when tapped.
  10. Cool slightly before slicing and serving.
