  • 1½ pounds baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 pound sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves

  4. In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add garlic, rosemary, and thyme, sauté for 1 minute.
  5. Add microwaved potatoes to the pan, toss them in the herb butter, and cook until crispy and golden on the edges.
  6. Return steak bites to the pan and stir to combine with the potatoes.
  7. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve warm.
