- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. 
- Add the chopped onion and sauté until it starts to turn translucent, about 3 minutes. 
- Stir in the garlic and cook for another 30 seconds. 
- Add the ground beef and break it apart with a spoon. Cook until it’s browned and no longer pink. 
- Sprinkle in the paprika, salt, and pepper. 
- Add the chopped cabbage, cover the skillet, and let it steam and soften for about 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 
- Taste and adjust the seasoning. Serve hot.
