- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- Unroll the crescent dough and separate it into individual triangles. 
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with garlic and parsley. 
- Brush each triangle with the garlic butter mixture. 
- Sprinkle shredded mozzarella onto each triangle, then roll them up starting from the wide end. 
- Place the rollups on the prepared baking sheet, point side down. Brush tops with any remaining garlic butter. 
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. 
- Bake for 10–12 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly. 
- Serve warm and bask in the praise.
