- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta until al dente. Drain and set aside. 
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute. 
- Pour in the heavy cream, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for 3–5 minutes, stirring often. 
- Add the Parmesan cheese and stir until the sauce is creamy and smooth. 
- Toss in the cooked pasta and stir to coat every strand with that luscious sauce. 
- Serve warm, topped with chopped parsley if you’re feeling fancy.
