Detox Smoothies That Work Wonders | Drinks and Smoothie Recipes

Drinks and Smoothie Recipes don't have to taste like punishment. I mean, why should they? We’ve all had that one ‘green sludge in a glass’ experience. Not fun. But these detox smoothies? They’re a fresh start in a blender. I mix them up when my body’s waving a white flag after a weekend of pizza and procrastination. Here’s what I love — they’re quick, colorful, and packed with stuff that actually makes me feel better. I’m talking fresh greens, tangy citrus, a little sweetness from fruit, and none of that 'what even is this?' aftertaste. You don’t need to be a kitchen ninja either. If you can hit ‘blend’, you’re already winning. From spinach that doesn’t overpower to ginger that gives a wake-up call better than any alarm, each one of these recipes brings something to the table. Or your travel mug. They’re great for when you're wondering how to make food that isn’t boring, or trying something new instead of just googling how to make tea again. Let’s skip the rabbit hole of how to make eggnog at 9 AM and try these instead. And hey, if you figure out how to make protein pancakes that don’t stick, send help.
