- Peel the banana and toss it into the blender. 
- Add the berries, spinach, and chia seeds. 
- Pour in the almond milk and lemon juice. 
- Grate in the ginger for a little kick. 
- Blend everything until smooth. 
- Add ice if you like it chilled and give it one last blitz.
