- Preheat your toaster oven to 375°F. If it has a bake setting, use that. 
- Lightly grease a small baking sheet or line it with parchment paper. 
- Place the slices of bread on the baking sheet. Using a spoon, press down the center of each slice to create a shallow well. 
- Crack an egg into each well. Don’t stress if a little spills over—it still tastes great. 
- Top each egg with a slice of cheese. If it’s a bit large, tear it to fit. 
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the egg white is set and the yolk is how you like it. 
- Add salt, pepper, and any extra toppings you like. Serve warm and devour.
