- Whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt in a large bowl. 
- Add the egg, milk, and water. Stir until you get a smooth batter. 
- Toss in the garlic and green onions. Give it a quick mix. 
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and brush with oil. 
- Pour in a ladle of batter and tilt the pan to spread evenly. 
- Cook until golden on one side—about 2 minutes—then flip. 
- Cook the other side until golden. Repeat with remaining batter. 
- Serve warm. Enjoy as is or with a swipe of butter or dip of your choice.
