- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. 
- In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, garlic, parsley, paprika, salt, and pepper. 
- Brush the lobster and shrimp with the garlic butter mixture. 
- Grill the lobster, shell side down, for 5–6 minutes until opaque and slightly charred. 
- Add the shrimp to the grill and cook 2–3 minutes per side until pink and firm. 
- Brush everything once more with the remaining butter before serving with lemon wedges.
