- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- Roll out the dough and slice it into thin strips, about 1/4 inch wide. 
- Wrap each hotdog with strips of dough, leaving a small gap near the top for the eyes. Make them look all mummy-like! 
- Place the wrapped hotdogs on the prepared baking sheet. 
- Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown and puffed. 
- Remove from oven, let cool slightly, then stick on the candy eyes using a dab of mustard or ketchup. 
- Serve warm with your favorite dips.
