Ingredients

  • 4 cups brewed hibiscus tea, chilled
  • 1/2 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1/4 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup honey (or agave syrup)
  • 2 cups sparkling water or club soda
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange and lime slices, for garnish
  • Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the chilled hibiscus tea, orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and honey. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved.
  2. Right before serving, pour in the sparkling water and give it a gentle stir.
  3. Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over the top.
  4. Garnish with orange and lime slices, and a sprig of mint if you’re feeling fancy.
  5. Serve immediately and enjoy that citrusy fizz.
