- In a large pitcher, combine the chilled hibiscus tea, orange juice, lime juice, lemon juice, and honey. Stir until the honey is completely dissolved. 
- Right before serving, pour in the sparkling water and give it a gentle stir. 
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the mocktail over the top. 
- Garnish with orange and lime slices, and a sprig of mint if you’re feeling fancy. 
- Serve immediately and enjoy that citrusy fizz.
