- In a bowl, whisk together the honey, lime juice, garlic, cumin, salt, and pepper. 
- Toss the chicken in the marinade and let sit for at least 10 minutes. 
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken until browned and cooked through, about 7–8 minutes. 
- Layer a portion of rice onto each plate or bowl. 
- Top with the cooked chicken, avocado slices, and chopped cilantro. 
- Drizzle with Greek yogurt if desired. Serve warm.
