- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. 
- In a large bowl, toss the diced sweet potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper until evenly coated. 
- Spread the sweet potatoes on the baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes, flipping halfway, until tender and browned. 
- In a small saucepan over low heat, warm the honey and hot sauce together, stirring until combined. 
- Once the sweet potatoes are done, transfer them to a serving bowl and drizzle the hot honey mixture over them. Toss gently to coat. 
- Serve warm and let the compliments roll in.
