- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). 
- Cut the entire sheet of rolls in half horizontally (don’t separate them individually). Place the bottom halves in a greased 9x13 baking dish. 
- In a small bowl, mix mayo and Italian dressing. Spread this onto the cut side of the bottom buns. 
- Layer on provolone cheese, salami, ham, pepperoni, mozzarella cheese, banana peppers, and red onion. 
- Place the top half of the rolls on and press down gently. 
- Stir together melted butter, Italian seasoning, and Parmesan. Brush over the tops of the sliders. 
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes, or until the tops are golden and crisp. 
- Let them cool slightly before slicing and serving.
