- Bring 4 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. 
- Remove from heat and steep the tea bags for 10 minutes. 
- Take out the tea bags and stir in the sugar until completely dissolved. 
- Add 2 cups of cold water and stir again. 
- Refrigerate the tea until it's nice and cold. 
- Serve over lots of ice. Sweet relaxation achieved.
