- Preheat oven to 375°F and lightly spray a muffin tin with olive oil. 
- In a large bowl, mix together ground turkey, egg, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, ketchup, and spices until just combined—don’t overmix. 
- Spoon the mixture evenly into muffin tin cups and top each with a small dollop of ketchup. 
- Bake for 25 minutes or until cooked through and slightly browned on top. 
- Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the tin. Serve warm.
