- In a small bowl, muddle the raspberries until they’re mostly juice with just a bit of pulp. 
- Pour the raspberry mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a pitcher to remove seeds. 
- Add the fresh lime juice and honey or syrup to the pitcher and stir well. 
- Fill glasses with ice cubes and pour the raspberry-lime mixture over the ice until halfway full. 
- Top off each glass with club soda or sparkling water. 
- Garnish with mint leaves and lime slices. Serve immediately while it’s bubbly and cold.
