- Add sliced peaches and 1 cup of water to a blender. Blend until smooth. 
- Strain the mixture through a fine mesh sieve into a large pitcher to remove the pulp. 
- Stir in the lemon juice and honey (or sugar) until combined. 
- Add the remaining cold water and stir well. 
- Serve over ice with peach or lemon slices and mint, if you’re feelin’ fancy.
