Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, cream the butter and salt until smooth.
Stir in the cheddar cheese and mix until fully combined.
Add in the flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
Fold in the Rice Krispies cereal until evenly distributed.
Scoop out small portions and roll into 1-inch balls. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Gently flatten each ball with your palm or the back of a spoon.
Bake for 18–20 minutes, or until golden at the edges.
