- Add mango, strawberries, banana, yogurt, and coconut water to a high-speed blender. 
- Blend on low, using a tamper if needed, until everything comes together smooth and thick. 
- Taste and adjust—more coconut water if you want it thinner, more fruit if it needs sweetness. 
- Scoop into a bowl and add your favorite toppings like coconut flakes, fresh fruit, or seeds. 
- Serve immediately and eat with a spoon (not a straw!).
