Turkey Stuffing Roll Ups That Make Turkey Recipes Fun Again

Turkey recipes usually remind me of dry leftovers and awkward family dinners, but these Turkey Stuffing Roll Ups changed the game for me. They’re the kind of meal that looks like you tried way harder than you did—and that’s always a win. We’re talking about tender turkey slices hugging creamy stuffing, all smothered in a savory gravy that somehow tastes like Thanksgiving decided to show up on a random Tuesday. These are comforting, simple to assemble, and honestly, kinda impressive. Perfect for those nights when you want a hot meal but your energy level is firmly in ‘nap mode.’ This is one of my go-to Turkey Chicken dishes when I want something hearty without the whole bird ordeal. Whether you're on the hunt for Turkey Crockpot Recipes, craving some Crockpot Turkey Recipes, or just need new Turkey Dinner Ideas—this one checks all the boxes. Oh, and it’s way easier than those Whole Turkey Recipes you’ve been pretending to try. For quick Turkey Meat Recipes that don't feel like a compromise, start right here.

Ingredients

  • 1 box Stove Top stuffing mix (Turkey or Chicken flavor)
  • 1 ½ cups hot water
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 8 slices deli turkey breast (thick-cut)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • ⅓ cup milk
  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grab a 9x13 baking dish and give it a light spray of cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, mix the stuffing mix, hot water, and butter until the stuffing absorbs the liquid. Fluff it up a bit with a fork.
  3. Lay out the turkey slices on a clean surface. Scoop a bit of the stuffing onto each slice and roll them up like tiny edible sleeping bags.
  4. Place each roll-up seam side down into the baking dish.
  5. In another bowl, whisk together the cream of chicken soup and milk. Pour this over your turkey rolls. Try not to drool.
  6. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25–30 minutes. Uncover for the last 5 minutes if you want a bit of golden on top.
  7. Sprinkle with fresh parsley if you're feeling fancy. Serve warm and enjoy the applause.
